Parcel delivery in Kenya often lacks clear tracking and reliable communication between customers, couriers, and businesses. Users struggle with delayed updates, uncertainty about parcel location, and difficulty coordinating deliveries.
Suivi solves this by providing a centralized platform for real-time parcel tracking and communication.

I led a team of four designers to create the Suivi Sender App, where users can easily send parcels, track deliveries, and stay connected with couriers in real time.
We shared the design work across the team while I helped guide the direction to keep the experience simple and consistent.
